(1) In accordance with the prevailing law, the person adopting or keeping the adopted daughter shall register the notification before the relevant local registration authority.
(2) In case of stillbirth or childless death of a person, a notification of the same can be registered before the local registrar.
(3) Other arrangements related to registration of notices as per sub-section (1) or (2) and registration of incidents and issuance of certificates shall be as prescribed.
